How do I add Stackr widgets to my product pages?
Navigate to Shopify Admin > Online Store > Themes > Customize, open a product template, then add the Stackr block you need. Choose Volume Discount, BOGO, Buy X Get Y, Bundle Builder, or Smart Matching Add-ons. Smart Add-ons automatically places itself directly below the native Add to Cart button.
How do Smart Matching Add-ons choose products?
Stackr evaluates product tags, category, title intent, availability, vendor, and a complementary price range, then shows the strongest 1–3 matches. For example, a phone case can automatically surface a compatible screen protector. You can target the whole catalog, selected products, or specific tags from the campaign wizard.
Can I display bundles on my Home Page or Landing Pages?
Yes! Stackr blocks support full sections. In the Shopify Theme Customizer on your Home Page, click "Add Section", choose "Stackr Volume Discount", and pick any featured product from your catalog using the built-in product selector setting.
What does Stackr cost?
Stackr is free for up to $200 in monthly bundle-generated sales. Paid plans are Starter at $5/month, Growth at $15/month, and Scale at $25/month. Billing is handled securely through Shopify App Pricing and Stackr does not take a percentage commission.
Does Stackr edit or modify my theme’s Liquid code?
Never. Stackr is built 100% on modern Shopify Theme App Extensions (Online Store 2.0). No foreign scripts or code snippets are injected into your core theme files. If you ever disable the app, your theme remains 100% clean.
Discounts, Cart & Pricing Logic
How are volume discounts and BOGO savings calculated?
Discounts are calculated automatically based on the tier rules configured in your Stackr Admin dashboard (e.g. Buy 1 at normal price, Buy 2 at 10% off with Free Gift, Buy 3 at 20% off). Real-time savings and original prices are updated dynamically on the storefront.
Does Stackr work with multi-currency stores (Shopify Markets)?
Yes. Stackr automatically reads your store’s active currency symbol and localization parameters directly from Shopify’s native store object (USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, PKR, etc.). Customers always see prices in their local currency.
Can customers choose different sizes or colors for each item in a bundle?
Yes. When a customer selects "Buy 2" or "Buy 3", Stackr dynamically displays variant selection dropdowns for each slot (e.g. Item #1: Medium / Black, Item #2: Large / Blue). All selected variant IDs are automatically dispatched to the cart.
Performance & Theme Compatibility
Will Stackr impact my storefront loading speed?
Stackr uses Shopify Theme App Extensions and small, deferred storefront assets. Recommendations load after the product page is available, and the widget stays hidden if the recommendation service is unavailable so it does not block the customer’s normal purchase flow.
Which Shopify themes are supported?
Stackr is compatible with all Shopify Online Store 2.0 themes including Dawn, Sense, Craft, Spotlight, Refresh, Prestige, Impulse, Warehouse, Broadcast, Debut, as well as customized setups.
