1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, enabling, or accessing Stackr: Bundles & Upsell ("the App"), provided by ConfirmFlow ("we", "us", or "our"), you ("Merchant", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue use of the App.
2. License & Store Access
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Stackr on your authorized Shopify stores in accordance with your chosen subscription plan.
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the backend services.
- Circumvent or tamper with billing, discount verification, or rate limits.
- Use the App to promote deceptive pricing or deceptive commercial practices.
3. Subscription & Billing via Shopify
Subscription selection, approval, and billing are processed through Shopify App Pricing. Charges appear on your Shopify merchant invoice.
- Plans: Free up to $200 in monthly Stackr-attributed bundle sales; Starter at $5/month; Growth at $15/month; and Scale at $25/month. Current limits and terms are shown on Shopify's hosted approval page before purchase.
- Development Stores: Eligible partner test and development stores can use Shopify's no-charge testing plan.
- Cancellation: You may cancel from Shopify Admin or by uninstalling the application. Effective dates and any proration follow the billing terms displayed by Shopify.
- Refunds: Refund requests are governed by Shopify's App Store refund policies and evaluated on a case-by-case basis through our support desk.
4. Service Availability & Performance
We monitor the application and aim to provide reliable service. Theme App Extension assets are delivered through Shopify, while dynamic recommendations and campaign data require the Stackr service; widgets fail closed and do not block the store's standard Add to Cart flow if that service is unavailable.
We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, update discount calculation logic, and push enhancements to ensure continuous compatibility with Shopify API versions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ConfirmFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from store downtime, pricing configuration errors set by the merchant, or third-party theme incompatibilities.
Merchants are responsible for reviewing and verifying promotional discount margins prior to launching live campaigns to the public.
6. Termination
These Terms remain effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if a merchant breaches these Terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
